I have been teaching and/or training people of all ages for years

yoga, aerobics, Pilates, and weight training combined with cardiovascular exercises to help them achieve their goals.
If you have found that going to a gym or health club is not for you,
I will bring all of the exercise equipment needed to your home or work place.
I will develop a personalized work out plan just for you. You do not need a membership in a health club or fitness center. |
